Zadar is geographically located at 44N Latitude,15E Longitude.

Zadar is found in Western Croatia. It is located in the centre of the brilliant coastal region known as Dalmatia.

To Zadar's west is the beautiful Adriatic Sea, to its immediate north are its hundreds of islands, to its south are the cities of Split and Dubrovnik and to its east are the picturesque Dinaric Alps.

Due to its relatively centralized European location, Zadar is within a few hundred miles of many major European centres.
